- Pinion: High-precision nickel alloy steel, conforms to ISO5211, DIN3337, NAMUR standards
- Actuator Body: Extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 with various surface treatments
- End Caps: Die-casting aluminum with powder polyester paint
- Pistons: Twin rack pistons with symmetric mounting and long cycle life
- Travel Adjustment: External stop adjustment bolts for precise 5˚ adjustment
- Springs: Preloaded coating springs for corrosion resistance
- Bearings & Guides: Low friction, long-life compound material
